Double H Farms is also home to the restaurant’s own herd of Red Poll cattle, allowing Capitol Grille to offer some the highest quality steaks in the city. Rotating cuts of dry-aged, grass-fed beef create one of the best examples of sustainable Southern cuisine in the state of Tennessee.
