Father's Day Menu Special

Celebrate dad with the gift of fine dining at Capitol Grille and The Hermitage Hotel!  Our chef has crafted a special menu that will be available all weekend, Friday June 16th through Sunday June 18th. 

$70++ for Adults.  Reservations are required and may be booked by calling Capitol Grille at 615-345-7116.

In addition to our regular menu items, the Father's Day Menu includes the fine selections below:

1st course: (choice of) 

She crab bisque-Salmon roe, poblano, rye, fermented pepper oil 
30 day dry age Carpaccio-pickled farm vegetables, HH Mustard, Pistachio 
Glen Leven greens-berries, Mosto vinegar, peppercorn lace, pickled feta 

2nd course: (choice of) 

Dry age striploin-parsnip, 3 bean salad, mocha 
Crispy duck-seared breast, rhubarb, pumpkin seed pesto, Glen Leven kale 
Striped marlin-heirloom carrots, cauliflower, roasted pepper, morrel mushroom 

3rd course: (choice of) 

Pineapple upside down cake-coconut ice cream, brown rum, pineapple relish 
Root beer float-birch pudding, graham, crème soda, dark chocolate Guinness ice cream
