Setting the stage for Jean-George’s cuisine, The Hermitage Hotel’s storied dining room has undergone a contemporary reimagination from visionary designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. Drusie & Darr is a glamorous, yet understated space with timeless warmth and ambiance, utilizing a simple palette of natural materials like metal, wood, leather and stone. All furnishings, from the mother-of-pearl pendant lamps to the seating, tables and curved banquettes, are entirely bespoke to Drusie & Darr, while the iconic arched ceiling is highlighted by dramatic lighting from the world-renowned Hervé Descottes of L’Observatoire International.
